Wine glasses by Edina Crystal

Edina Crystal was owned and operated by Robert ( Robbie) Gilmour, in Kelowna. We, The Scottish Shoppe, carried his product for many years up until his death in the early 2000s. Robbie served his apprenticeship with Edinburgh Crystal in Scotland and all his products were hand cut. He supplied Cities and City Councils accross Canada with beautiful giftware for re-sale or as gifts to dignataries. We had an order every year from The Calgary Burns Club for over 600 glasses, which Robbie hand cut every one of them.  It was a pleasure to know Robbie who loved doing what he did - a true artist.

We have a set of 6 wine glasses, hand cut by Robbie that are in very good condition with some small flea bites that are barely noticeable around the bases of some of them Because they are hand cut, there could be slight variations from one cut to the other. That's the uniqueness of this product.  These glasses are most likely to be Bohemian crystal as I know Robbie used these for the products he supplied us with and by the ring tone. Each glass has 3 hand cut thistles.
