Spoon - Vintage Thistle with Topaz Stone

This spoon is probably from the 1940/50s. Although it has a Scottish flare it it stamped Wales Association of Pewter Workers and has a faux topaz stone. It is in excellent condition and would be a nice addition to any spoon collection.
Size: 4" long X 1" wide bowl.
