A regimental Heavy Weight 19-22oz. pure wool kilt made for a MacKenzie Seaforth Highlander pleated to the stripe with 2 buckles on the outside. There are no buckles on the inside as this was an old way of making regimental kilts - one size fits all (within reason) It is in very good condition and a buckle, strap and eye for the strap can easily be added.
Tartan - MacKenzie modern pleated to the stripe.
